You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of Product Managers, Sustainability Consultants and Sales Consultants. Together we are developing an exciting new business area with a lot of future potential, in which we sell great sustainability management software to the corporate customers of savings banks from all sectors. The software offering is rounded off with consulting services relating to sustainability management and strategy development. With your experience in sustainability management and consulting, we are looking for you for the following tasks. 
Your tasks: 
Independent management of consulting mandates for companies in various industries. Supporting the implementation of systematic sustainability management in companies. Developing customized sustainability strategies and concrete measures to improve sustainability. Conducting stakeholder, product, risk and materiality analyses along the value chain. Support for stakeholder dialogs. Continuous research and acquisition and application of relevant specialist knowledge, particularly in the area of regulation. Conducting webinars/training courses for companies on sustainability topics. 
Optional: Support in the preparation of carbon footprints, in particular in the identification and collection of relevant emissions data. 
Your profile: 
Successfully completed studies in areas such as sustainability management, environmental management, economics, political, environmental, natural or engineering sciences or equivalent. Previous professional experience as a sustainability consultant, sustainability manager or environmental officer, preferably in the field of climate accounting. Knowledge of relevant (industry) standards, in particular regulations such as CSRD / ESRS for reporting, GHG protocol, etc. Enjoy advising companies and the ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable way. Excellent analytical skills as well as communication skills in dealing with clients. Independent working style, combined with a willingness to cooperate and supportive behavior towards colleagues.
